North wing comprises the following: Downstairs there are two bedrooms (one large double family bedroom with separate area for children and another twin bed bedroom) and a bathroom, all of which look out over the swimming pool and gardens. The bathroom contains a seat in the shower.

Bulloch house focuses very much on providing simple well cooked food to suit all tastes. The kitchen is run by a first class cook who also manages all the household activities. The gardens and the pool are maintained daily to ensure that standards are of the highest order.
Mains electricity is supplied with back up generator and inverter to ensure power is available at all times. There is an in house security system. The ground floor of the house is all on one level and there is a ramp from the car park up to the main house, which can accommodate a wheelchair.
