For bookings made well in advance:
Bookings, excluding period 15th December to 10th January :
- Will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit
- A booking will not be held for more than two weeks without a deposit
- A further 30% is due two months before occupancy
- The balance is due one month before occupancy
- All payments are non-refundable.
Bookings for peak season 15th December to 10th January :
- Will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit

- The balance is due two months before occupancy
- All payments are non-refundable.

For standard bookings, arrival within two/three months:
- We request 50% deposit payment at the time of confirmation
- The balance is due one month before occupancy
- All payments are non-refundable.

Late/short notice bookings, less than six weeks between enquiry & arrival
- Full payment to be deposited at the time of confirmation of the booking.
- All payments are non-refundable.
